Prompt appt to see the nurse, who then made me an appt for ear micro suction 2 weeks later. Further treatment was then prescribed and an alternative approach to care suggested, which was welcome after years of ear irritation

Nothing on this occasion (other than not running 20 mins late!), but I understand this isn't always under the surgery's control

The nurse I saw today was so incredibly friendly and patience. My appointment was on time, I was explained the procedure in detail and was asked multiple times if everything was ok and if I was comfortable. Andrea is an absolute credit to Riverside. I felt so reassured in her care.

Understandably they have a large number of patients, so to wait a while is expected.

Everyone there is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was referred from another surgery which does not offer ear wax removal. I found the Riverside Practice excellent. I had three visits and on each occasion was seen promptly and the staff were very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with my treatment there.
